Maple Mulled Cider
  • 2 quarts Apple Cider
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 2-4 whole Cloves
  • Lemon and/or Orange Slices as desired
Mix cider, syrup, cinnamon, and cloves.
Heat, but do not boil.
Remove cloves and serve hot.
Garnish with lemon/orange.

Maple Shake
  • 3/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla or other favorite Ice Cream
Combine all ingredients in blender or in cup.
Blend in blender or with immersion blender until smooth.

Maple Hot Buttered Rum
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Rum
  • 1/4 cup Water, boiling
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
Add syrup, rum, and butter to boiling water.
Grate nutmeg over top.

Maple Steamer
  • 1 oz. Maple Syrup
  • Granulated Maple Sugar
  • Whipped Cream
  • Espresso or Strong Coffee
  • Steamed or Scalded Milk
Pour syrup in bottom of a mug.
Add coffee, then milk.
Top with whipped cream, drizzle of maple syrup, and sprinkle of maple sugar.
